SUB:       GRANT OF ADEQUATE QUANTUM OF HONORARIUM TO THE STAFF INVOLVED IN THE ADDITIONAL WORK OF  ICZM

Sir,
After prolonged deliberations from all angles of vision as also from all objective points of view considering all pros and cons on the subject issue, I have been directed by our Association in just concluded CEC Meeting held in Bhubaneshwar  to request you to kindly grant adequate quantum of honorarium to all our Ministerial staff members shouldering the additional responsibility to timely complete the  I.C.Z.M. Project work allotted to them apart from their own duties and responsibilities.

Further, I hope that the considered say of the Association will be duly made out by you and you will definitely come forward to honour the honest feeling/sentiments played-in by the Delegates/Leaders attending the CEC Meeting . It is also pertinent to mention here that this will definitely help in boosting up the morale of the staff members in discharging their duties towards the I.C.Z.M.  time targeted  Project work with extra onus of sincerity & enthusiasm.

                        With Regards,

Yours faithfully,
